October Horror Challenge #12: Favorite Film based on A Book

Blogtober

Welcome to the Blogtober series! It’s my first time to join this exciting event since it’s also my first year after deciding to blogging again. For this year, I decided to do a whole month of challenge which created by Lucy @ Lucy Goes to Hollywood. I found out about this challenge on her Twitter#LGTHOctoberChallenge is a horror movie challenge that created by Lucy @ Lucy Goes to Hollywood that runs for the entire October. The prompt for Day 12 is favorite film based on a book. Here’s mine!

When it comes to adapted horror movies, my favorite ones always comes from Stephen King. Carrie, IT, 1408, The Shining, I just love them all! But, I think the one that really freaked me out was 1408. John Cusack delivered an amazing performance in this one! This is just a wild conspiracy theory that recently came into my head, but I think 1408 and American Horror Story: Hotel was somehow feels similar. Well, not similar as in one copying the other. But it delivered a same horror vibe and honestly, I’m digging it. I think 1408 is a bit underrated compared to other Stephen King’s adaptation, so if you haven’t watched it yet, you definitely should!

If you want to join the challenge, here‘s the prompt that Lucy made for the whole month of October.

What about you? What is your most hated films and why?
